Do you offer DIY items for hire?

Yes we have a select range of some of our most popular products for DIY hire including Manzanita Trees, Candelabras and selected glassware. For our full range of products available for DIY hire, visit our DIY hire page.

How do I book your services?

After you send your enquiry, we can provide a quote based on your requirements. – if you are happy to proceed, we can then issue an invoice. A 20% deposit amount is required to secure your date.

What happens if it rains?

If you have booked us to decorate your wedding ceremony, please keep in mind that the weather is unpredictable and you should also arrange an alternative venue in case of bad weather. We are happy to accommodate any changes in location, but please be aware that we may not be able to use some decorations in some instances. We would also appreciate being given as much advance notice as possible.

How early should I book your services?

 At Wedding Ceremony Creations we can become busy months in advance – therefore we advise that you book our wedding styling services as early as you can to avoid disappointment. Ceremony styling and reception decorating requires a lot of planning and consultation, in addition, we may need to source additional items just for you – which can sometimes take time to be delivered.

Do you reserve my date if I have not paid a deposit?

 As we get so many enquiries, it is not possible to reserve dates without a firm booking. This includes advising that you are going to proceed with our services and paying a 20% deposit after receiving your invoice.

What areas do you usually work in?

 We do most of our work in South East Queensland. However, we can travel to other areas – please contact us if your venue falls outside of these regions, and be aware that there may be an additional travel fee.
